These terms apply to anyone who browses the site, creates an account on it or publishes something here. The terms of sale govern purchases.
Your account
In short: one account, one person. You choose your password, you are responsible for it, and you can close your account whenever you like — after retrieving your files.
- To create an account you must be of legal age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
- The information you give must be accurate; a valid e-mail address is what makes delivery of your purchases possible.
- An account is personal. Sharing it means sharing your purchases, which the licence forbids.
- You may ask for your account to be deleted at any time. Doing so ends access to your downloads.
What you publish
The reviews, questions and messages you publish remain yours. You grant us the right to display them on the site and to moderate them.
- A review must concern a work actually purchased and describe a personal experience.
- Insulting, defamatory, hateful or off-topic content is removed.
- Reviews that are paid for, traded, or posted by the seller themselves are deleted, and the account concerned is suspended.
Forbidden behaviour
- Circumventing download protections, reselling or redistributing a purchased file.
- Mass-extracting the site’s content, including for model training, without written permission.
- Attempting to reach an account, an order or a file that is not yours.
- Using the site to spread malicious software or unlawful content.
Moderation and suspension
In short: we warn before we suspend, except where safety or someone else’s rights are at stake. A suspension never takes away files you have already bought.
We may remove content, restrict a feature or suspend an account that breaks these rules. The decision is explained, and you can contest it by writing to us.
Service availability
The site may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We try to announce planned interruptions in advance, without that amounting to a guarantee of result.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The update date appears at the top of this page; a substantial change is notified to account holders by e-mail.
