Terms of sale

Last updated: 24 September 2026

What you are buying, how the file reaches you, what the licence allows, and what happens when something goes wrong.

These terms govern every order placed on this site. By confirming your order you accept the version in force on that day — the one you are reading here, whose update date appears at the top of the page.

Who sells, and what

In short: this site is a marketplace. The works are sold by independent creators; the platform collects payment, delivers the files and acts as an intermediary when something goes wrong.

The site is published by Digital Artisanal, whose full details appear in the legal notice. It connects independent creators with buyers, and sells digital products exclusively: downloadable files, with nothing shipped.

Every listing states its author, what the file contains, its formats, any software requirements, and the scope of the licence on offer.

Customer account

Buying requires an account: it is what holds your downloads, your order receipts and your licence keys. You choose your own password and are responsible for keeping it private.

No order is possible without an account, precisely because a purchased file must stay retrievable later, from any device.

To place an order you must be of legal age, or act with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Orders and prices

  • Prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD).
  • The amount shown at the last step is the full amount: no hidden fee is added when you pay.
  • The price that applies is the one displayed when you confirm, even if the listing changes afterwards.
  • The order becomes firm once payment is confirmed; a summary is sent to you by e-mail.
  • An obviously erroneous price creates no obligation to sell: the order is then cancelled and refunded in full.

Taxes

No tax is added at the payment step: the price shown on the listing, in the cart and at the last step is the price you pay. Should a tax apply depending on your country, it would be shown before you confirm, on its own line of the order summary.

Payment

In short: payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered with Stripe and never pass through our servers, and your bank may ask you to confirm the payment.

Payment is made by card, when you place the order. It is handled by Stripe, our payment provider, through the official WooCommerce Stripe extension. Depending on your device and browser, Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be offered: they too pay by card, through Stripe.

Your card details are entered in a form supplied by Stripe and embedded in the checkout page: they never pass through our servers, and we have no access to them. When your bank asks for it, the payment goes through strong customer authentication (3-D Secure) — a confirmation in your banking app, for example — and the order only goes through once that step is complete.

To detect fraud, Stripe sets its own cookies on the cart and on the payment pages; they are described on the Cookies page.

If authorisation fails or is declined, the order is not confirmed and no file is delivered. As soon as payment is confirmed, the order summary sent by e-mail serves as your receipt.

If your card or account runs in a currency other than the US dollar, your bank may apply its own exchange rate and conversion fees: they do not depend on us and are not part of the price shown.

Order receipt and invoice

Every order comes with a receipt — works purchased, amounts, payment method — sent by e-mail and always available in your customer account. Need a formal invoice, for instance in a company’s name or with a tax number? Ask support@digitalartisnal.com, giving your order number.

File delivery

In short: delivery is immediate, inside your account. Links are personal; some files carry a download count or an access period, set by their creator and shown in your customer account.

As soon as payment is confirmed, the files appear in your account under “Downloads”. The links are personal — they only work once you are signed in to your account — and are not meant to be shared.

A technical download problem is never a reason to lose what you paid for: write to support@digitalartisnal.com and we restore access or refund.

Withdrawal rights and digital content

In short: a downloaded file cannot be “returned”. By confirming your order you request immediate delivery and waive your right to withdraw from the delivered file. We still refund when a file is not as described.

For digital content supplied immediately, the right of withdrawal ends as soon as delivery begins, on two conditions: that you expressly asked for that immediate performance, and that you acknowledged losing the right. That is the purpose of the checkbox just before the payment button: until it is ticked, the order cannot be confirmed.

This waiver takes nothing away from your rights when a file is not as described: see the refund policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and gives you 14 days after purchase to report a problem.

Licences and intellectual property

A purchase grants a licence to use, never ownership of the work nor any assignment of copyright. The exact scope is stated on each listing and set out on the Licences page.

  • Reselling, redistributing or making the file available as it stands is forbidden, whatever the licence tier.
  • Sharing a personal download link amounts to redistribution.
  • Use beyond the tier you bought can be put right: write to us rather than buying again.

Liability

Works are supplied as described on their listing. The platform does not guarantee that a work meets a particular need that was never stated, nor its compatibility with software whose requirements were not listed.

The platform’s liability cannot exceed the amount of the order concerned, except where the law forbids such a limit.

Complaints and disputes

In short: write to us first — we answer within 30 days at most, and in practice within two working days. The governing law is that of the publisher’s country, without ever taking away the protection your own country’s law gives you.

Report the problem within a reasonable time of noticing it, with your order number, to support@digitalartisnal.com or from the Contact page. Most situations are settled in a single exchange, and we bring the creator in when needed. Every complaint receives a reasoned answer within 30 days at most.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the publisher is established, as stated in the legal notice.

Failing an amicable solution, any dispute falls to the competent courts for the place of the publisher’s registered office. This choice does not affect the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live, which continue to apply, nor your right to use an alternative dispute resolution method such as mediation.
