The questions we get asked
What does the platform take?
A 15 % commission on every sale: 85 % comes back to you. No subscription, no set-up fee, no hidden withdrawal fee. On a $300 sale, you receive $255.
When and how am I paid?
Every sale credits your balance as soon as the order completes. You request a withdrawal from your dashboard, using the bank details you saved there; the money goes out once the request is accepted.
Who issues the invoice, and what about my tax obligations?
The platform issues the sale invoice to the buyer. Your dashboard itemises your sales, the commission withheld and your withdrawals: those are your records. Your filings stay yours — we do not make them for you.
Which files can I sell?
Any downloadable file: ZIP archives, PDF and EPUB, OTF and TTF typefaces, working files, extensions and scripts. One condition, non-negotiable: you must own the rights to what you sell.
Who decides the licence?
You do. Every work can be sold at several tiers — personal, commercial, extended — at prices you set. The chosen tier is shown to the buyer before payment and repeated on their licence.
How long does approval take?
A person reads every new shop, within 48 working hours. Meanwhile your account already exists: you can complete your shop and save your payment details.
