What the tool does
- Enter materials, packaging, working time, hourly pay, a fixed fee per sale and a manual percentage fee.
- Read the item-price breakdown and estimated surplus after valuing your work. Margin is a share of selling price, not markup.
- Keep up to three comparison snapshots in the same currency.
- Save and reopen a complete JSON backup, including an unfinished draft. CSV and printed A4/Letter reports are not recovery files.
A fictional check you can verify
Fictional check: direct costs 24, 30 minutes at 20/hour, fixed fee 1, fee rate 10% and target margin 20% produce price 50 and estimated surplus 10. Tax is assumed zero. Fees plus margin must total less than 100%. This is not a market-price or profit guarantee.

Access and first use
After payment confirmation, retrieve the download links from your Digital Artisanal account or order confirmation. Save and fully extract the WEB ZIP. Read START_HERE_EN.pdf, try the separate example, then open the blank HTML for your own work. No physical item is shipped.
Desktop Windows with the tested Microsoft Edge version, local HTML/JavaScript/download permissions, ZIP extraction and a PDF reader. No account or network needed by the extracted tool.
Save and reopen
Your HTML file is the tool, not your saved data. Export JSON, locate the actual file and reopen it through the tool before relying on it. CSV is a report only. Keep an older good backup.
Limits before purchase
- Only Microsoft Edge 156.0.4314.50 on Windows x64 desktop was tested with extracted local files and network access disabled. Mobile, Safari, Firefox, macOS and native spreadsheet workflows are unverified.
- No autosave, cloud storage or synchronization. Find and verify each JSON backup before closing; a download prompt alone is not proof of a saved file. Supported versioned JSON up to 1 MB.
- No tax calculation, live Etsy fee schedule, shipping/tax-inclusive fee rules, refunds, overhead allocation, currency conversion, inventory or order management. Include only costs that fit the single-sale model, without double counting.
- One current case and at most three same-currency comparisons. Currency sets display/rounding, not exchange rates. No native Excel, Google Sheets or Notion model.
One price, own-business use included
One price includes internal use and adaptation by the purchaser in their own business on authorized devices. Staff or contractors may work only for that same purchasing business. Working and backup copies and completed reports are permitted. No resale, redistribution, reusable template delivery to independent client businesses, PLR or MRR. For access or advertised-function help, use help in your Digital Artisanal account or the website Contact page. Provide the version, browser and fictional reproduction steps. Customization, migration, tax/accounting advice, lifetime support and unlimited future updates are not included.
