Prepare one craft fair, reconcile stock taken, sold, lost and returned, and read an explained event estimate. JSON recovery, guides and static A4/Letter worksheets. English files only.
What the tool does
- Event: record one market, date, currency, fixed costs and the source of a manual stock snapshot.
- Prepare: enter products, constant unit prices/costs, planned/taken counts and a printable loading checklist.
- Sales: record sold, lost and usable unsold returns separately; reconcile Taken = Sold + Lost + Returned for each row.
- Review: see revenue, sold-unit costs, loss costs, other sold-unit fees and fixed event costs; record a next-event decision.
- Read a forecast threshold based on the planned sales mix before losses, and document a manual inventory transfer once. The tool never updates a separate stock ledger.
A fictional check you can verify
Fictional reference: fixed costs 80, price 20, unit variable cost 8 and no extra fee give contribution 12 and a forecast threshold of 7 units before losses. With 30 taken, 12 sold and 18 returned, estimated result is 64. With one lost and 17 returned, it is 56. Unsold usable returns are not charged as a loss. These checks do not predict demand.

Access and first use
After payment confirmation, retrieve the download links from your Digital Artisanal account or order confirmation. Save and fully extract the WEB ZIP. Read START_HERE_EN.pdf, try the separate example, then open the blank HTML for your own work. No physical item is shipped.
Desktop Windows with the tested Microsoft Edge version, ZIP extraction, local downloads and a PDF reader. Download once with internet; the extracted HTML runs offline without an account.
Save and reopen
Save JSON backup, locate the actual file, then test Load JSON in a fresh window. Check event, counts and notes. Keep dated copies and an older good backup. Browser drafts are convenience storage only; CSV and PDF cannot restore the event.
Limits before purchase
- Microsoft Edge 156.0.4314.50 on desktop Windows was tested. Other browsers/OS and mobile editing are unverified; no Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers or Notion edition.
- One event per JSON; at most 100 product rows and 100 checklist items. Whole quantities 0-10000. Money inputs 0-100000, maximum two decimals; no thousands separators.
- One constant price/cost per row. Discounts or price variants require separate rows; no customer-refund, tax or transaction-payment calculation. One currency, no exchange-rate conversion.
- JSON is full recovery; CSV/PDF are reports. Browser drafts are best-effort and can disappear. No cloud sync, payments, Etsy connection or live Inventory integration.
- Inventory snapshots and transfers are manual. Old file copies cannot prevent duplicate ledger entries; retain one authoritative JSON and record each transfer once. Forecast uses planned mix before losses and is not an achievable-sales promise.
One price, own-business use included
One price includes internal use and adaptation by the purchaser in their own business on authorized devices. Staff or contractors may work only for that same purchasing business. Working and backup copies and completed reports are permitted. No resale, redistribution, reusable template delivery to independent client businesses, PLR or MRR.
